Itinerary!

Oh my goodness, today is my last day off before I leave for England! (I've only a few thousand things left to do first, heh...)

I think we need to figure out a rough itinerary of the week's events, so that people can plan accordingly? Mostly this would apply to the Volunteer Chefs, so we can work out who's cooking which night, but that also needs to be coordinated with the day trips, if certain meals will require more time in the kitchen, etcetera etc.

Also, although gaming is my primary hobby and I'm more than happy to run any of the sparkly games I bring along whenever people have interest in playing them, they DO consume a few hours' worth of time. I would like to arrange a "scheduled" playing of Sparkly Crack, just so anyone who's interested (in playing or simply watching the insanity, hee) can arrange their schedule to participate...and I would also like to schedule a four hour block of time somewhere for a Sparkly RPG. Pen, we've tried for the past two years to arrange it so you could see how a tabletop RPG works and what it's all about, but have thus far failed to make it all come together. I'd like to prevent that from happening this year by scheduling it ahead of time, whenever you feel would work.

Is there anything else we want to definitively schedule? Finalize day trips? Schedule a showing of Harry + Max? Any vidding seminars or Powerpoint presentations to coordinate?

Thoughts, Everyone?

ETA: I'm not super committed to any of the proposed day trips, so if I end up cooking on one of those days, it's no big deal at all to me. I'm open to pretty much ANY schedule, I just want to have one so that participating people can coordinate.
