Itinerary!

Oh my goodness, today is my last day off before I leave for England! (I've only a few thousand things left to do first, heh...)

I think we need to figure out a rough itinerary of the week's events, so that people can plan accordingly? Mostly this would apply to the Volunteer Chefs, so we can work out who's cooking which night, but that also needs to be coordinated with the day trips, if certain meals will require more time in the kitchen, etcetera etc.

Also, although gaming is my primary hobby and I'm more than happy to run any of the sparkly games I bring along whenever people have interest in playing them, they DO consume a few hours' worth of time. I would like to arrange a "scheduled" playing of Sparkly Crack, just so anyone who's interested (in playing or simply watching the insanity, hee) can arrange their schedule to participate...and I would also like to schedule a four hour block of time somewhere for a Sparkly RPG. Pen, we've tried for the past two years to arrange it so you could see how a tabletop RPG works and what it's all about, but have thus far failed to make it all come together. I'd like to prevent that from happening this year by scheduling it ahead of time, whenever you feel would work.

Is there anything else we want to definitively schedule? Finalize day trips? Schedule a showing of Harry + Max? Any vidding seminars or Powerpoint presentations to coordinate?

Thoughts, Everyone?

ETA: I'm not super committed to any of the proposed day trips, so if I end up cooking on one of those days, it's no big deal at all to me. I'm open to pretty much ANY schedule, I just want to have one so that participating people can coordinate.

Pen and I have some things planned by the way of discussions and official viewing sessions, we just haven't laid out the final timetable yet. We'll try to get that sorted out in the next couple of days.

Do we need a viewing schedule as well, or just wing it like every other year by going "I want to watch Harry and Max! Who else wants?"

We thought it would be nice to have just a couple of things scheduled each day, probably one BSB and one Nsync. Then people can watch other things as they like.

Can we have a movie night? With OTL and MBFGW! The Cooler? No Little Red Riding Hood and Harry & Max though!!! :P
And maybe we could watch Shelter which is not a sparkly movie but a really lovely gay movie.

At the moment we're planning to set up a schedule so that we have some footage and a sparkly film every night, with space for people to play other things, too, of they want them.

I'm afraid Harry + Max is compulsory. Your lack of love for Red Riding Hood makes me {sadface}.

I've got Edison Force and Alpha Dog if anyone's interested! Though I should probably check the region code first...but I think I have avi versions on my harddrive, so failing region incompatibility we can just do that. *g*

[livejournal.com profile] nopseud, is there internets/wifi at the house? There's a fairly good chance work will try and check in with me. :/

Oh, right! I always forget that Justin totally was in movies, too. So yes, bring those along please.
