I'm sure we'll be able to buy whatever you need here -- there's a big supermarket only a mile or two from the cottage, including soy sauce and fresh ginger or cajun spices or whatever you need. Let me know how much rice you'll need, and I can pick it up. I doubt there'll be much if anything in the house kitchen.
