A reminder that alcohol is basically Bring Your Own. There are, however, pubs and a supermarket within easy walking distance, and also at least one shop that sells mead and a variety of liqueurs.

There are a few foodstuffs I absolutely refuse to eat - liver, blue cheese, horseradish, fresh coriander/cilantro, aniseed, cucumber, and bell peppers - and too much chilli makes my throat numb, but apart from that I eat almost anything.

Apart from the stuff I can't have (It's wheat I have the problem with really, gluten is fine as long as it's wheat free), I'm not a picky eater at all.

I also can't have caffine, so Sprite or 7Up would be greatly appreciated.

I need milk! lol. I don't drink soda. At all. I have no idea what squash is [translation please!]. Also, what's the water going to be like there?

Food wise, I"m fairly open, but I am currently sporting my winter long cold and a great many things don't taste good or bother my throat. :-/

I'm not sure what the US name for squash would be -- fruit cordial, maybe? Concetrated fruit juice which is diluted with water, anyway.

At the moment we're not planning anything other than tap water, but there's a supermarket a very short distance from the cottage where you can buy bottled if you prefer.

You know my blood type is Diet Coke, heh. And I'm sure you'll have some on hand, but I go through it like WHOAH and prefer cans, so I am =TOTALLY= willing to spoil myself and go buy it at the supermarket, too. Whatever you've got planned is fine, but I'm more than ready to supplement my caffeine needs. *g* And if it makes things easier for you to buy a bit LESS Diet Coke, feel free to do so.
