Lovewrecked
Dec. 30th, 2006 01:34 amThis is plea for help, directed to the Finns coming over to Camp Sparkle.
Apparently, 'Lovewrecked' is for sale on DVD in Finland. I found it in this on-line shop, and maybe it's for sale in other places too. However, registering on the site and buying it has completely defeated me. (Also, I'm assuming that it's English language with subtitles, but I'd like to check it isn't dubbed :-)
Would anyone be willing to pick up a copy for me and bring it over with them? I can either send you the money, or I can pay the equivalent for you as part of your final Camp Sparkle registration payment.

Date: 2006-12-30 03:08 pm (UTC)I still can't believe it's available back home! Gah. It'll be Region 3 or course, but it'll be much cheaper. It only costs about 8 quid.

Hmmmm, my computer is also Region 1. It says I can change the region... ..but only a limited number of times (three). So I could watch it once, change the drive back to Region 1, and then if I ever watched it again, it would be the ONLY thing I could watch (unless I bought more Region 2 DVDs, lol.)
So thanks for the offer, but I guess I'll have to pass. I'll pick one up in Region 1 format someday or another, no big deal.
Thanks!
