Camp: The Timetable 4. The Timetable?

I'm going to propose a timetable, entirely subject to change, because I think it will be useful to have a starting framework. Do read the other posts first!

ETA: I have changed a few things, based on timing and preferences expressed so far.

Friday
evening: Sparkly Lyrics Quiz, concert footage

Saturday
daytime: Excursion to Penrhyn Castle (grounds open 11am, castle opens noon)
evening: Show 'Em What You're Made Of followed by weeping/joy/discussion

Sunday
pm: Excursion to Plas Cadnant Hidden Gardens
evg: concert footage? film? Footage Of Choice?

Monday
Wedding Day!!!
am: My Big Fat Greek Wedding
noon onwards: Nick Carter's Wedding Reality Show
followed by Joey Fatone's Wedding
followed by Lance Bass's Wedding
Wedding Reception Dinner (possibly served before Lance's Wedding so that we can graze while watching)

Tuesday
Excursion Day: Conwy
am: Conwy Castle

Wednesday
Excursion: Snowdon railway - I suspect the earliest train may be the best call, but we'll have to see what time we can book, and hope for the best weather-wise

I'm arriving on Saturday, and I'll probably be pretty beat, so I can't do any gingerbread baking before that. Also, this is probably a very German thing to ask, but are the grocery stores open on Sundays? Otherwise you'll have to pick up the ingredients without me.

I think we should hang fire on booking the Snowdon trip until we're close enough that we can get a plausible forecast. It's a lot of money to spend to go and look at clouds. :-) I'm a little iffy about the early train. Even if it's an otherwise good day, the summit could well be cloudy before the sun has had time to burn off the clouds.

I would really love to go to the aquarium if it's possible to squeeze it in one day. Maybe as an alternative trip, if there's anyone else who'd like to come? If it's the Conwy day, then I can drop people off at Conwy before heading off, as it's only 10 minutes from the house to Conwy.

If it's Conwy day, I'd love to go to the aquarium with you. I've already been to Conwy Castle a few years ago and while it's really awesome, I don't think I need to see it a second time. ;)

That seems like a good plan. There's more in Conwy to see, so we can easily spend the day there while you and the Aquarium team go for the alternative trip.

The Snowdon trip is difficult, but at least we now know that we do have to book it in advance. Maybe we should have Tuesday and Wednesday swappable, to give us a bit more leeway with the Snowdon trip? At least, if we get an iffy forecast for Tuesday we can do Conwy/Aquarium and hope Wednesday will be better.
