Admin Post: Arrival Details

Hi All

I've just been in touch with Mike, the house owner, who says he will be there to check us in with the door code. I don't know what time people are likely to be there - I think Beast and I will probably arrive at around 4pm, depending on how long it takes us to escape leave the house that morning.

Can you comment with probable arrival time, so I can let Mike know who's going to be there first?

I should arrive at the train station at 13.11 (if nothing is delayed, obviously), so depending on which bus I catch, somewhen between 13.30 and 14.00? But I can find a cafe if that is too early! :)

I think 2ish? I'm planning on getting the 1pm bus from the airport. If I manage to catch the 12:30, I'll be there around 1:30!

If everything goes according to plan I'll arrive with a bus from Heathrow in Bath at 18:30 on Saturday.

I haven't been last year, so is there some info on how I can get to the house?

If everything goes according to plan I should be at the house around five in the afternoon. (Same time as last year. EasyJet seem to believe in keeping their timetables predictable :-)

:D it's super easy to get to the house because there are buses directly from the bus station you arrive at. The post Riikka linked has all the info, Google Maps is also super helpful with times and everything. Also, get the First Bus app - also shows you times and routes and let's you buy tickets as well!!

I'm super-late - I think I get to the train station about ten past nine on Friday evening.

so I should think the best thing is to call when you get there or are getting close. I think he only lives next door so he'll be able to let you in very quickly.

They offered, which was very kind! But it didn't feel right to me to let R drive me that far when he doesn't even come to Camp, so I declined.
