Sleeping Arrangements

Hi All!

Right, I'm posting the cheque today, along with the requested sleeping arrangements.

I've assumed that each of us will want a bed to ourselves (except Beast and me, who will endure having to share), so what I have asked for is as follows:

Master bedroom (with His and Hers ensuites! so you may be sharing these with other bedrooms)
giant bed, plus two singles sleeps 3 (or four, if two are happy to share the giant bed)
(I have an idea there is a TV in this bedroom, in which case it may become a secondary viewing room, so ideally, the people in here should be sociable and accustomed to not sleeping)

Bedroom Two (cream/peach, shares shower room with bedroom three)
3 single beds

Bedroom Three (yellow, shares shower room with bedroom two)
3 single beds

Bedroom Four (blue, shares bath/shower room with bedroom five)
3 single beds

Bedroom Five (purple, shares bath/shower room with bedroom four)
4 single beds

Bedroom Six (white, has ensuite)
one king size bed, one single sleeps 2

Bedroom Seven (cream, has ensuite)
king size bed I'm reserving this one for Beast and Me.


So, time to have a look and see where you'd like to be and whom you'd like to room with. Basically, we're looking for groupings of three or four, and one pair.

I see we have a couple of newcomers to Camp on the sign-up list, so let's make sure _titch and ullman79 don't end up wondering where the heck they are supposed to sleep!

I... guess it will be easiest if we've determined who is sleeping in which room before we get there, so you all know in advance where to cart your luggage, so, have at it. :-)

I'd like to share with stellamira and valya22 but I'd be happy to share with anyone else if those two would prefer to share with someone else (or go with another colour sheme ;) .

Me and _titch will be sharing a room. :D However I do know she's only there for a couple of days, so if you shift me around later that's fine as well. Sarah, you got any ideas which bedroom?

Judging by the layout & that the obvious top-floor rooms have the en suites, I'm guessing Bedrooms 2, 3, 4, and 5 are on the...middle floor. However you wacky Europeans label that. (Thank god there's only three floors; "ground", "top", and "middle" will suffice, no insane cultural-barrier numbering shenanigans.)

Just as clarification for your sake, Pen, updated info is apparently that myself, ihearthings_ii, bubbleforest and rikes would like to stay in the master bedroom (thus freeing up room #3). :)

Okay, after the BOGGLING at the bedroom pic Noora pointed out back in the date-poll post, I believe Outi and I are obligated to ask for Bedroom 5 (that's still HYSTERICAL.)

It sleeps four though, and I don't foresee my Cute New Coworker falling for me, converting to the Pop Side, and deciding to spend more than a week with me and my crazy international friends in England all in the space of the next month and a half (though I'm all for it if he does!), so there's two beds left. Terri? Come join us!

And Eph is making it for a short while...a number of people are, actually. This is confusing, heh.

OTOH, if Valya and the German Contingent want the purple room, Outi and I could be convinced to take Bedroom 6, instead. (It's on the top floor, as opposed to last year's room which was beneath the kitchen. A touch noisy, that.)

And you know, if we all pile up we could totes convince your new Coworker of the beauties of the dark side. Saba did the same with me in 1 month, if I remember right. :D

I am happy to be sleep wherever there is room for me, though a bed would be nice ;) Am oh so slow to reply, but school is being stubborn and not letting me have a life outside it. Darn thing is taking over my life!!!

I somehow managed to miss this post completely, for which I was yelled at this weekend by both Saba and Valya. But yeah, no complications there, I'll room with them, and I believe nobody else has claimed that bed yet, either. Although, since I'm only staying two nights, someone else can move into that room from Sunday night on if they want.
