Sugar-free cinnamon candy of roughly any description at all - hard candy, or gum, or whatever's easy? (for whatever reason, the UK doesn't *do* cinnamon flavoured candy, and Italy does, but not sugar-free, whereas when I've been in the USA it's been a regular at-the-cash-till kind of thing a lot of places)
